Returns, Sales Terms & Conditions

This return and exchange policy applies only to online purchases made through this website.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund. 
2. Fine Designs will equally exchange any defective* item if notified within 14 days of order date. To proceed with an exchange, customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or Order Number and contact us trough contact form or by calling customer cervice. 

* Defective by the manufacturer (printing, seams, holes, etc.)

International Orders

Some countries have import duties or taxes which are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office prior to buying.
